With over 20 years of hospitality experience working across 5 star international hotels and 2 hatted restaurants, Mark Blake started working at Moncur Cellars in 2010. He trained under Lynette Haszard who was a big influence in his wine career until 2015. On a day to day basis you can find Mark in the store, talking to locals, tasting and selecting wines and developing the ever expanding range at Moncur Cellars. He enjoys living and working in Woollahra and winding down at the end of the day with a glass of Chardonnay.
