Join us for an indulgent evening of Champagne & Caviar tasting at SIMON JOHNSON Woollahra — hosted in collaboration with Moncur Cellars. Discover the elegance of caviar and the finesse of Perrier-Jouët Champagne, guided by Caviar Ambassador Guilherme Do Vale and our Champagne Ambassador (to be announced soon).
Guilherme will guide you through a tasting of premium caviar and fish roe, showing you how to taste like the experts and recognise the subtle differences between each variety while our ambassador introduces you to Perrier-Jouët and its celebrated Champagnes.
Your ticket includes:
– Champagne on arrival
– A selection of cheeses and accompaniments
– Canapés served on arrival and between each Champagne & Caviar pairing
Attendees will have the chance to taste a selection of champagne alongside the Caviar Tasting in this stand-up cocktail event, including:
